    By accessing or using AIRank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

    2. Description of Service

    AIRank provides AI search engine ranking monitoring tools that allow users to track brand visibility across AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview.

    3. Account Registration

    To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    4. Subscription and Payments

    Plans

    We offer Free, Pro, and Lifetime plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

    Billing

    Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments. All prices are in USD.

    Refunds

    Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. No refunds are provided for partial months. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

    5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

    Pro and Lifetime users may provide their own API keys for AI providers. By using BYOK, you:

    • Accept responsibility for any charges from AI providers
    • Agree to comply with each provider's terms of service
    • Acknowledge that we are not liable for API key misuse

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for illegal purposes
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
    • Reverse engineer or copy our software
    • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
    • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
    • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content

    7. Intellectual Property

    AIRank and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

    8. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Service.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI rankings are accurate, complete, or reliable. AI responses vary and are controlled by third-party providers.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIRank operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
