Why isn't my brand showing up in AI responses?
AI visibility depends on many factors including your online presence, content quality, and how AI models were trained. Use our audit tool to check if your site is AI-crawler friendly, and focus on building high-quality, authoritative content.
How accurate are the rankings?
We query live AI models in real-time, so rankings reflect what users would see at that moment. AI responses can vary, so we recommend running prompts multiple times and tracking trends over time.
Can I track multiple brands?
Yes! Pro and Lifetime plans include unlimited brands. Free users can track 1 brand.
What's the difference between credits and BYOK?
Credits use our platform's AI connections. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use your own API keys for unlimited queries at your own API cost. BYOK is available on Pro and Lifetime plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing to manage your subscription. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
