    Getting Started

    Create Your Account

    Sign up for free at AIRank. You'll get 100 credits to start monitoring your brand across AI search engines.

    Add Your Brand

    Enter your brand name, domain, and a brief description. Add your main competitors to track how you compare in AI responses.

    Create Prompts

    Define the questions your customers ask AI assistants. For example: 'What's the best CRM for small businesses?' or 'Top project management tools 2026'.

    Run Your First Query

    Click 'Run' on any prompt to see where your brand ranks across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude.

    Understanding Your Scores

    Visibility Score

    Your visibility score (0-100) represents how prominently your brand appears in AI responses. Higher scores mean better visibility. The score is position-weighted, so #1 rankings contribute more than lower positions.

    Ranking Position

    When your brand is mentioned in an AI response, we track its position. Position 1 means you're mentioned first, which carries the most weight for visibility.

    Citation Analysis

    We track which sources AI engines cite when mentioning your brand. This helps you understand which pages drive AI visibility and where to focus optimization efforts.

    BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

    What is BYOK?

    BYOK allows you to use your own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity. This gives you unlimited monitoring at your own API cost, which is typically much cheaper than our credit-based pricing for high-volume users.

    Setting Up API Keys

    Go to Settings → API Keys and enter your keys. We encrypt all keys using industry-standard encryption. Your keys are never logged or stored in plain text.

    Supported Providers

    We support OpenAI (for ChatGPT), Anthropic (for Claude), Google (for Gemini), Perplexity, and OpenRouter (for additional models).

    Ranking Drop Alerts

    Get notified when your visibility score drops below a threshold you set. This helps you catch and respond to ranking changes quickly.

    Competitor Alerts

    Receive alerts when a competitor surpasses your ranking or gains significant visibility in prompts you're tracking.

    New Citation Alerts

    Get notified when AI engines start citing new sources for your brand, helping you discover content opportunities.

    AI Readiness Audit

    What It Checks

    Our free audit tool analyzes your website for AI crawler access (robots.txt), schema markup (JSON-LD, microdata), and content structure (headings, lists, word count).

    Crawler Access Score

    We check if your robots.txt allows major AI crawlers like GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot. Blocking these crawlers can hurt your AI visibility.

    Schema Markup Score

    Structured data helps AI understand your content. We check for FAQ, HowTo, Article, Product, and Organization schemas.

    Content Quality Score

    We analyze heading structure, list usage, word count, and readability. Well-structured content is easier for AI to parse and cite.
